Please prepare the following documents before opening an account

1Copy of personal identity document (e.g. valid Hong Kong Identity Card or passport)*.

2Proof of address (e.g. utility bill, bank statement) for the last 6 months*.

3Personal cheque issued from an account with a licensed bank in Hong Kong of not less than HK$10,000.

4The cheque should be made payable to "Morris Brothers Limited" (the name of the account holder should be shown on the cheque).

5The signature on the cheque must match the signature on the account opening documents

6The cheque amount can be withdrawn once the account is opened.

If the customer opens an account by post, all documents must be certified by any of the following persons for account opening.

Registered Notary Public

Solicitors

Certified Public Accountants

Bank Branch Manager

· The Witness must sign the duplicate of all documents and write at the bottom i. the date; ii. his/her name; and iii. his/her position or status.

· The Witness must state that the duplicate document is a true copy of the original document (or words to the like effect) and send the relevant account opening documents together with the Witness's name card to the Company for processing.

· The Certifier must provide a copy of a professional certificate (e.g. solicitor's certificate) and such identity can be publicly verified on the website of a government or authorised body.
